- Rocky Mountain Vapor is offering Free Shipping on all orders over $14.Orders under $14.00 will be charged a $2 shipping fee. All Kits are shipped via Priority Mail USPS. All orders of just parts and juice are shipped via First Class Mail USPS.
Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 days.
First class Mail normally takes between 3-5 days.

- Rocky Mountain Vapor is dedicated to great customer service. Included with this service is a limited product warranty. Below is listed the specific warranties on parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning faulty parts. We are responsible for all shipping costs on the replacements.
Although we test all parts before shipping, there is a rare occasion that a item shows up DOA(dead on arrival). In this situation we will cover all shipping costs for both the return and replacement.
Batteries & Atomizers (all models) - We honor a 30 day warranty on all batteries and atomizers. This begins the day your parts ship. We do not honor the warranty if the parts are abused or not used for there intended purpose.
USB Passthroughs (all models) - We honor a 45 day warranty on all USB passthroughs. We only honor a 14 day warranty on part failure due to the cord. This begins the day your parts ship. We do not honor the warranty if the parts are abused or not used for there intended purpose.
